Seeing Stars

My son finds a sea star at Ruby Beach, Olympic National Park, Washington.

We had one of our best family vacations ever at the Olympic beaches, and I wrote about it over at the Uptake vacations blog.

I hope you all had a great Christmas! I'm spending most of my free time shoveling snow and playing with the kids on the new Wii that Santa brought.

Nice picture. Certainly a relief from all the snow I bet. Happy holidays to you and your family.

Nice to think about with all this snow.

We have a Wii and our 3 year old, even the 1 year old love to get up and move around with it. Last night all 4 of us were skiing on the Wii Fit. Great for family time!

Gorgeous shot. You're making me jealous. It's freezing here.

Great post. As close as I am, I have never been to Ruby Beach. I can't wait til Luke gets a bit older, so we can explore together.

I have only been on the Olympic peninsula for a short drive to take the ferry to Victoria...I would love to explore it more, all the pics I have seen are gorgeous.
