Imagine my surprise (and delight) to find your article about 'taking a hike' when I picked up a local community mini magazine at the library this week ... thanks for sharing some great places to hike.

I didn't get to comment on the book recommendation before and not sure what you were looking for but a great read is 'Water Music' by TC Boyle.
