Baby Giveaway
We're in our last days of school. I'm incredibly busy helping my son finish up 4th grade. We'll both be very happy Friday afternoon when the last test is graded and we kick off three months of summer.
Until then, I have a contest for you.

Hi there, I usually just lurk via RSS, with an every-blue-moon comment.
I know of the perfect person to whom to gift this book! Not myself (though I'm sure I would love it as well); actually, one of my very good friends (and a groomsman in my wedding).
He is married, but the wedding took him from bachelor to father of two girls instantly. He and his wife are now pregnant and expecting a boy.
I think he might really be blessed by such a book. (In fact, I had already thought to buy him a copy, before your most recent post - which is what I will do, should I not be the one chosen.)
I thank God daily for how He has allowed me to bond with our almost 13-month-old daughter, and pray that He will give me the same blessing with the child we also are now expecting!

That's a cool giveaway. Since we're expecting baby number two, I probably won't need it. I'm sure there's a soon-to-be first-time-dad out there that will really need it.
Dang, here I thought I was going to get a chance to win a baby. It's much easier than going through nine months of pregnancy and childbirth. ;)
It looks like it would have been a great book for the hubby, but it's about 14 years too late.

That beautiful book would make a perfect Father's Day gift for my husband.
We have a new(ish) baby - she's seven months. After the year we have been through, he certainly deserves it...our little one was diagnosed with cancer at 4 months and has already undergone major surgery (with another one coming up in two weeks) and four rounds of chemotherapy. Needless to say, it's been more than stressful.
