The Warmth of the Sun
Warm sunny days have been few and far between this spring.
Today we're having our third such day, and the feeling is that we have to rush around outside doing cleanup, planting, and other general yard work.
But I never get very far. There's just something about the fresh air and the warmth of the sun that inevitably leads me to our couch swing for a long nap in the middle of the afternoon.
The yard work can wait, I guess.

I never got anything done when living in Arizona, Florida or California. Good weather can spoil you. Then again, I never seem to get anything done in Chicago, either.
BTW, I can barely read the new word verifications.
We finally had a nice day here yesterday. It was awesome.

Two beautiful days in a row , is it finally here my fingers are crossed!!!
I've still got limbs down in my yard from the big ice storm in March. Like I keep telling my wife--they're not going anywhere.
