I've Been Framed!

Remember that basement project I started back in November? Come and see what I've done with the place...

That was hysterical. I loved the bandaids and the severed hand the best.

Seriously though, nice job on the basement. I never could have done that much.

Very very nice, so what I thought it meant the first time you mentioned framing the basement :-) Gosh, how did you do it all by yourself, it looks as if the hardest part is over right?
And great entertainment, cat and hand and all, oh yeah and the guitar man :-) LOL.

*cough* dont take this the wrong way...... why did I have visions of 'Kermit' come in me head LMFAO.... are you the voice over man ;)

Great job on the framing, I think, not that I know what a bad job on framing would look like lol......

I would LOVE to have a house with a cellar :)

I forgot to mention the hardest part about a project like this... Finding decent wood. I had to dig for hours through the stacks of lumber at places like Home Depot and Lowe's in order to get 2x4s that were straight and true. Literally, 3 out of every 4 that I'd pick out would have some twist or bend in them that made them unacceptable for framing.

That was awesome! Basement looks great...you've gotten so much done! The Eric Herman was a complete surprise...When he's not singing he could help you tape and mud the drywall.

Nice job. "Bandaids, lots of bandaids." Sounds a lot like my house!

Great job framing--and filming. What is the square feet down there? Will it become a playroom for the kids or a family room?

It's 400 sq. ft., and will be part guest room, playroom, classroom for homeschooling.

You're welcome, you will probably want the saw for molding too. Looks great.
