LOL! I've had one of those days recently! Good one. I love those foreign commercials.
That music was priceless too!
So what do you do? Land on your feet and break your legs, or aim for the butt?
Tough call.
The commercial is for a dutch insurance company. The payoff at the end could be translated as 'Take a minute to call Apeldoorn' (the city where the company has it's main offices).

I say, start pulling the things out by the handful before jumping. Either way, it's going to hurt, but hopefully not as much damage will be done.
From my experience with childbirth, just take some deep breaths, pull and groan/yell if necessary. It will eventually stop hurting.
