Name Our Gnome

This little guy lives in our backyard. My son picked him out at the store. I asked him to think up a name for the gnome, but he suggested I make a blog contest out of it.
So, name our gnome!
The lucky winner will receive the new Paul McCartney CD, Memory Almost Full.

'Eric Clive' ... go the gnomes.
Uncle Albert
McCartney played in L.A. tonight for free at a record store. People were lined up since yesterday morning. I didn't think a 4 year old and 17 month old would be able to handle 24 hours standing on a sidewalk, but man, I wanted to go.
How about maxwell - as in Maxwell's silver hammer
He looks like Santa but stands in the sun.... Suntana?
David the Gnome
Stanley...he looks like a Stanley
Welcoma as in Welcome-a Gnome. Get it or too weird?
OR: There's no place like Gnome.
OR: Ima Gnome.
We have a gnome gnamed gnigel, so you can't have that. I suggest Harold, or Eddie, or Erik, or Ambrose, Stickwick, or maybe even Beverly (Beverly was a mans name in the 19th century...trust me.).
I found a website devoted to Gnome names (no kidding) and thought Dulin would be good. You can call him "Dulin of Idaho". I think it has a nice ring to it.
how about Gryffy
Pepper...I say call him Pepper.
Gregory.
Gregory the Gnome.
Gnome Gregory.
:)
Tina
Noplace L. Gnome (the L. being for "Like" of course)--BrettDL gets credit for this; I just played with it
Gnapoleon Gnome
Gnick Gnome
You have to watch "The Home Teachers." It's a clean family comedy done by Mormon students. Funny as heck. And then you'll understand my nominee: "Naughty, naughty gnome."
There is a radio station here that always say, when a comp is on, that if you have won anything in the last month you are not allowed to play. And I haven't won anything in the last month so I am playing with!
The name is Tevye. I looked at Mr. Gnome and thought is that a cart he is pulling and it reminded me of Fiddler on the roof! Now what better opportunity for a home school dad to include a bit or art and music in his son's education by naming the gnome Tevye!
Did I win? :-)
I'm partial to Slappy myself. Great gnome name.
Turlach - one who aids or assists.
Mr. Fundy
Gomer
Gnorman the Gnome? :)
Norman Or Doug. He looks like a Norman, though.
Crimbal Crombal (like in Pink Floyd) :)

Crimbol Cromble (Like the Pink Floyd song :D )
Definitely go with a
Scandinavian name considering that gnomes originated in Scandinavia! I have thirteen gnomes so I would know.
Gustav
Gerard
Hugo
Ludvic
Pavel (means small in Scandinavian!)
Waldo (Not Scandinavian but super cool!)
How about...Haul MyCartney
Harki because he looks like he is listening for some thing with his Hand.
Sgt. Applebottom of the Gnome Army
call it STE from kensington
Personally, i think that you should name it Adolf
I like Jerome.. Jerome the Gnome
