A Place To Sit
A restful scene from a North Idaho farm.
Everyone needs a place to just sit and think. Where's yours?
Oh how I wish I can sit there too..those are tulips right? I had only touched plastic tulip flowers before! My place to sit and think..will be at the beach side..
I sometimes drive to Petersfield lake late at night, when I know there will be no one else there..... the ducks will all be upon the little duck islands and the day time row boats tied up in the middle of the lake...... I sit on the end of the little boat dock with my feet dangling over the end...... and watch the bats swoop down and skim the water...... that is my 'place to sit'
My wife and I planted a thousand bulbs in our front yard two years ago. Our daffodils are fading, but we've got a lot of tulips just coming up now. Spring is (finally) here.
I do most of my problem-solving thinking in the shower, but not sitting down :)

My place to sit is at the Locks watching the ore boats go through :)
