Poor darling, but now I have to think, what was a young kid doing on the wrong side of the barrier??? where they are playing a contact sport.
See, that's exactly why I avoid Football games.
(at least one of the reasons...)
Oh, wow! That poor "football man" probably did feel terrible! I'm so glad the kiddo wasn't hurt worse. I remember watching my husband's club football games from the sidelines in college and how dangerous that could be--add a helmet and about forty pounds of muscle, and it gets a lot worse!
I guess, as lessons go, this one was a bargain price. :/
