With a note like that from your daughter, how could you not lose a few pounds.
That's ironic, as we were reading a bedtime story tonight, Kristin told me I was fat. It's not that I'm fat, it's gravity! Two inches of my chest have fallen south.
We dragged the treadmill out tonight to give the dogs exercise. I guess I need to join them.
Just go post it on the fridge as a "subtle" reminder ;)
I love it! Keep that forever. It will be priceless when she's all grown up.
