Mmmmm.. the smell of rotten apples. One of the lesser pleasantries of fall, true?
Idaho should pay you for the photos you take Phil. Spectacular color. Had I not stumbled upon your blog I never would have really considered this to be a 'must see' state.
Brent, North Idaho is a "must see"... Southern Idaho is the "drive through quickly" part.
Oh.. they're apples. Looks like coconut to me.. young coconut that we use here for a cooling drink.
