Good For You
I typed this list up to put on our fridge, just to remind me what I need to focus on while making up our grocery list. The list was compiled by Dr. Steven Pratt, who wrote a book about so-called "Superfoods." These are the best foods to help you live a long and healthy life. You should be serving most of them to your family each and every day.
Sorry, Pop Tarts and Pringles didn't make the cut.

Dark chocolate! Yes! Now that's my kind of list.
Yeah. There are a lot of 'shoulds' in parenting...
WHAT? No cream cheese or canned chili?
LOL- I was surprised that eggs weren't on the list.
I guess I did okay when I did some major shopping yesterday- I picked up 8 out of the 23 on the list. *smile*

I should be really healthy.
now, who can afford to give this list of food to their children everyday, and if you can, how much of it do you think the kids will eat?
