There is a gossip website that I visit regularly that had this picture up earlier today and they were sent a letter by Spear's lawyer to remove the picture immediatly or get sued. =)

I don't care if you're John Smith from down the street or Britney Spears, endangering a child's life is unacceptable. Some people make me sick.
It only takes one little knock of the front bumper to set off the air bag. About ten years ago there was a horrible story out of Boise, Idaho, about a baby who was decapitated by the passenger-seat air bag when her mother rear-ended another car in a parking lot, going about 10 MPH. Young kids should never be in the front seat, and never in the driver's lap... You'd think that would be obvious to anybody, even someone as ignorant as Britney Spears.
I'm sure not reminded of the Princess Diana incident with these pics. Was she really trying to escape someone who seemed to be threatening her? I think not.
I STILL get mad when I see people who don't have the kiddo car seat in the MIDDLE of the back seat!
