One Pound Down
First week of my diet, and I lost a pound. Not bad, considering I had a little trouble on Saturday resisting a slice or two of pizza. Not to mention that big plate of chicken scampi I devoured at Olive Garden (and who's going to say no to their bread sticks?). But I was successful in avoiding sugar soda, potatoes, fruit, and desserts of any kind. Must develop a little more discipline with the exercise. The kids are amused.
