Fighting Childhood Obesity

The fight against childhood obesity starts in the home.

Parents need to take charge! Make your kids exercise at least 30 minutes a day. And stop bringing junk food into the home. It's that simple. Increase physical activity, decrease the Twinkies and french fries.
